The laid scrim is made by laying the warp and weft yarns onto each other directly, bonding by the most advanced adhesive technology in the world. This product has many advantages of light weight, long roll length, smooth cloth surface, easy compounding, greatly improving production efficiency and reducing waste. During use, we sincerely remind you to pay attention to the following points:
1) The label in each roll’s paper tube is very important, which is the basis of our product traceability. To protect your after-sale service’ rights, after receiving the goods, please keep the delivery note information, take photo of the label inside the paper tube before each roll is put on the machine.
2) Please confirm whether your machine uses the device to input the scrims automatically. Due to the passive device is easy to cause the uneven tension or not straight situation, it is suggested that you use the auto input device.
3) When a roll is used up and needs to be changed, please pay attention to the warp and weft of the last roll and the next roll, the threads of both warp and weft must be aligned and then firmly bonded with adhesive tape. Cut off the excess yarn in time. When cutting, pay attention to cutting along the same weft, and avoid cutting from one weft to another. Ensure the last and next rollhave no unevenness, displacement or skewness after being firmly connected. If it appears, please try again.
4) Please try not touching or scraping with hands or hard objects during transportation, transfer or use, in case of scraping, stripping and breaking.
5) Due to the limitation of technology, environment or site, if a small amount of yarn is broken within 10 meters in one roll, a small amount of uneven size is within the scope of industry standard. In case of yarn shedding or breaking, do not try to pull by hand; it is recommended that you reduce the running speed of the machine and use a knife to remove the dropped yarn. If there is a large number of yarn shedding or uncoiling, please take a picture, video of the label and mesh, record the number of meters used and unused, and briefly describe the problem to our company. At the same time, unload this roll from the machine and replace it with a new one. If there are still problems when using, please contact our sales department, we will send the technician to your company. Check on the production site and help you solve problems.
