3. Polypropylene spunbonde, melt spray, spunbond composite nonwovens, namely SMS or SMMs.
The characteristics of the melt jet cloth are fine fiber diameter, large specific surface area, fluffy, soft, good drape, small filtration resistance, high filtration efficiency, strong static water pressure resistance, but low strength and poor wear resistance. The fiber density of spunbond is larger, and the fiber net is composed of continuous filament. Its breaking strength and elongation are much larger than that of melt blown fabric, which can make up for the shortage of the fusible cloth. This composite fabric is now popular with customers at home and abroad.
Protective clothing fabrics are widely used in pharmaceutical, agricultural, clean rooms, painting, medical protection, and even personal protection in the severe period of the epidemic.
